Andreea is a data steward from the Erasmus Clinical Bioinformatics team. Data re-use requires Data Quality, Data Governance, Master Data Management & Privacy Management. Keeping track of the BBMRI various OMICS data archives and genome sequences allows for smart cross sections and filtering through lifesciences OMICS derived datasets. Moreover, this enables to identify ultra-rare variants within the genome of patients with circadian rhythm disorders.
