I will be working at the Institute of Clinical Psychology, where we will develop an e-health sleep and biological clock intervention for university students. The number of university students with mental health problems is rising, including anxiety and depression. Many students also suffer from severe sleep disturbances which are often related to the mental health issues.
With this BioClock project we want to provide an easily accessible (online) method to help students. We will implement the programme across several Dutch Universities through the Caring Universities platform. The aim of this intervention is to improve sleep patterns and to prevent the development or exacerbation of mental health problems among university students.
