This type of work severly disrupts the biological clock and causes numerous health problems.\u00a0Therefore we will be looking into shift workers, and whether personalized sleep and nutritional interventions can ameliorate the negative consequences of shift work. We will take an interdisciplinary approach and look both at cognition, wellbeing and biomarkers!
