This can cause sleep problems but also worse; circadian desynchrony is a risk factor for cancer onset, cardiovascular disease and neurodegenerative diseases. Observational studies show that circadian timing of Zeitgebers (circadian clock cues including physical activity) can synchronize rhythms and decrease disease risk.
